Description

It is powered by a robust Perkins 404A-22G1 engine featuring a 4-cycle, water-cooled system with natural aspiration and mechanical governor, operating at 1500 rpm to ensure stable and efficient performance. The generator is equipped with a Stamford brushless alternator with AVR (AS540), delivering 400 V, 3-phase output at 50 Hz with ±1% voltage regulation, Class H insulation, and IP23 protection. It integrates a Datakom SMART 500-MK2 controller, enabling advanced control functions, remote monitoring, and seamless BMS integration. The unit is housed in a modular soundproof canopy (IP23) with epoxy-polyester coating and non-flammable acoustic insulation, ensuring durability, low noise, and easy maintenance access. Additional features include an electronic fuel level warning system, industrial silencer, maintenance-free battery, and comprehensive protection systems such as high temperature, low oil pressure, overload, and voltage abnormalities.
